3 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Chase Your Dreams

Sheedy to hit the e-pub market. Having read several of her works, I saw a teaser chapter at the end of another of her books and with my interest highly peaked, I found it was an older work not yet available for my kindle. After some rewarding emails with a quite responsive author, I was pleased to have a great read for my Christmas holiday. This romance lead me into the lives of Evan North, a single young mother, and her teenage son, Cal.

As Evan struggles to provide the love and direction her son needs, she has put her own life and dream on the back burner. Now with college knocking at Cal's door, Evan can almost feel the possibility for her own dreams with her reach. When the opportunity for better living accommodations rent-free in exchange for some evening child care is dangled in front of Evan, she jumps at the chance and right into the arms of a very tempting Linc Stewart.

Linc's adorable spoiled daughter, Jenny Stewart wins both Evan and Cal's hearts in short order but Evan sees Jenny and Linc as obstacles that could derail her hopes and dreams and is determined to keep both at 'arms length'.

Don’t Wait to Live the Life You’ve Been Dreaming - Positively Positive Positively Positive

The roller coaster of emotions as Evan and Cal become emotionally attached to Linc and his daughter Jenny is full of up and downs. Dreams Don't Wait was a fun and unexpected journey that doesn't disappoint. Well edited and a must read on my book suggestions list. Evan North had her son Cal when she was She has sacrificed and worked hard to give her and Cal a decent life after she throw out of the house when first pregnant. She has put her wants and needs on hold for all of these years, until Cal begins college.

Then Evan is going to pursue her dreams and goals. When she gets the opportunity to live in a cabin of her co-workers brother and work part time to care of his daughter, she jumps at the chance.

She can live there free and save up the money from both jobs for Cal's college. Linc Stuart is an abrasive, temperamental, rich, stubborn and very handsome man. The two of them are like opposite polar fields. They immediately have different opions on Linc's spoiled daughter Jenny and how best to care for her. The two main characters are very much set in thier ways, but Linc is the first to break.

This was a sweet, easy reading romance novel. I have always enjoyed E C Sheedy's work.

But as her time with them begins to burrow into her heart she's finding it harder and harder to remind herself that her dreams are so close to becoming reality. Cyber rated it it was amazing Apr 15, I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live up to the light I have.

The only negative would be is that I felt it got to drawn out with of character Evan. She still seemed immature for a man like Linc in many ways. But I did enjoy the book very much. One person found this helpful. I've had this book in my tbr folder for a few months and I'm not sure why I didn't get around to it before. The h is an extremely young, single mom she's only 30 and her son is 16 and she's had to work very hard for both of them to survive. He's just starting his first year of college and she's looking forward to having the freedom to do the things she wants to do for the first time in a very long time.

1. Self-love

Her background is extremely hard. To help her save money, one of her friends arranges for a free cottage for her if she agrees to occasional babysitting for her brother's small daughter.

Chris Brown - Don't Wake Me Up (Official Music Video)

The catch is that the brother, our H, is extremely rude and arrogant. Sparks fly from the start and there is amazing chemistry but the h is reluctant to get involved as she's been badly burned by relationships. The H has also had a difficult time with his ex and now he's bringing up his daughter but he wants the h. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, understood the h and why she did some of the things she did, even though they were hard to read about.

2. Willpower

Loved the alpha H. Kindle Customer Top Contributor: The main character, Evan, had her future all planned out after her son got into college. She was a single mom, who was very focused on her dream of finally being "free" and getting to college herself and traveling to places she wanted to see. And a man was definitely not in the dreams. But dreams do change when she takes a job which offered a free place to live while being on hand when needed to care for a single man's daughter.

Well, you probably know the rest, but it is fun getting there. And of course I enjoyed the various places mentioned on Vancouver Island, having lived there for 10 wonderful years and loving it.

Not only will she have a comfortable home for her and her son, Cal, she'll . Dreams Don't Wait is set in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Victoria, BC, Canada. Our dreams cannot wait until tomorrow. You can dream about finding a cure for cancer, but it will never happen unless you Don't keep your dreams waiting.

I really enjoyed this story. Single mother of 16 yr. The heroine is a good strong woman with a spine!!! I get so put out with whiney, spinless women that always have to have their way and the hero bows to their every wish.

Dreams Don't Wait

Not so with this one. Good, strong hero as well. The heroine has had some rough times raising a son on her own and he is about to go off to college and her life will become all about her and what she wants to do. But things may get in the way of that. I enjoyed it and highly recommend it if you like a good love story. No bad guys or violence, just two characters working through issues to get a HEA.

This question sheds light on the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the resources available to us right now.

Do you need to have, be or do something before you can feel great about yourself? The most common obstacle I run into when asking people this question is that money will help them achieve their goals. There are more, but here are three examples of things that money, personal achievements, or results of any kind cannot give you: Do you scoff when you think about loving yourself? There are no real grandiose gestures to demonstrate a love for yourself, but it must come from within. A sense of gratitude towards your physical body, efforts, and accomplishments helps balance and rejuvenate the relationship you have with yourself.

Achievement is a game that requires you to effectively deal with yourself, and self-love is the most powerful tool at your disposal for doing so. The truth is, making the right choice on a consistent basis is the mother of willpower. When you slow down, you realize that you only have the power to make the right choice today. Achieving your goal will not make your next success easier. No result will allow you to wave a magic wand and achieve something else. A life with a bigger bank account, a trimmer waist line, a happier family or a greater sense of purpose are all great things.

You should want to want those things. Forward thinking will help you create the vision for your life that you want. A post shared by Goalcast goal.
