I tell you, those shopping lists take a long time to put together, but I love that idea Sophia had for the format — makes it easier and tidier for people to use! Meal planning makes everything easier! It saves time and money having a plan. I adore this meal plan!!! And I love that you incorporated leftovers into it. We love making enough for leftovers.
