If you have had trouble losing weight in the past, read this book and you will be well on your way. This is the common sense, solid advice that we are all unwilling to take regarding our diets, laid out in a logical, understandable manner that makes you understand what you've been doing wrong and how to fix it. This book is filled with boring, tired advice that either makes no sense or directly contradicts the most recent advances in nutrition science.
