Il principe del male compie atti di male del tutto leciti, i buoni spesso rischiano di morire o risultano ridicoli per i loro ragionamenti del tutto assurdi e privi di logica e di spirito di sopravvivenza. Non ci sono nomi propri: Il principe, il maestro, la principessa, il ministro, il re, i Taciturni Solo alla fine, quando i loro personaggi smettono di essere "la principessa del bene" e "il principe del male", i due protagonisti vengono chiamati con il nome proprio.
Come se diventi veramente tu solamente quando accetti anche quella parte di te buona o cattiva che fino a quel momento hai dovuto reprimere ed eliminare. One of my all time favorites, this book made me start reading Fantasy as a child. Heres the blurb i found: Princess Mayalila will inherit all she sees, and as far as the eye can see everything belongs to the Eastern Kingdom.
This is a land of Good where there are no bad actions or words, no killing, and no death. Peace ends when Prince Akraton, from the evil Western Kingdom, shows the people that there is beauty in evil, and in this way he gains a following.
The problem becomes even more complicated when Princess Mayalila is kidnapped by the Silent Ones. And so the king makes a pact with the devil to get his daughter back.
Akraton pursues Mayalila, and what follows is a love story in which Uri Orlev expresses his own vision of optimism. The stylish digipak set includes pictures of the musicians in the inner fold, plus a DVD of all five tracks being played in the studio. The camera work and editing are very good I only wondered why the close-up shots of the keyboard misses the playing fingers by an inch or two most of the time My rating is an easy choice.
