I was given this book as a birthday present. I'm normally not a sci-fi fan, but I was intrigued enough to pick the book up. The story line is interesting and the characters were easy to bond with. The writing style is very fluid and made the plot easy to follow along with even though there were many elements happening within the storyline at the same time.
