Albeniz Concierto Fantastico, 3rd Tiempo, Allegro

Ops weird things happening through duolingo: LaneV88; if you in your example refer to "que tiempo hacer" as meaning "what time is it", this would ultimately be wrong. It depends where you are asking what time it is.

Que hora es is more southern america etc, que tiempo hacer would be used more in Spain. I learned both back in the day I had both south American and standard Spanish dialect teachers - those forced me to learn the "vosotros" form sigh Never used it since.

Hey Lane and thanks for the reply. I didnt know that, I used to live in Spain and always used quehoraes for time related stuff and quetiempohace for weather stuff. Thanks, nice to know about the place specific variations.

Actually this is something that surprised me when I started the spanish course here at duolingo to brush up; the different words being used here as opposed to the words more commonly used in Barcelona where I lived and oh, no not thinking of the catalan: I found myself wondering where the spanish of this course hails from; If this makes sense, it would be nice if there was a certain description of the language used within the course upon initiating it duolingo, you getting this? All the best - Knut.

Yeah, like I'd never even HEARD the word "disciple" before and had no clue what they were talking plus shouldn't it be disculpeme if they're saying excuse me? I get asked "enjoy your friday" so i put "disfruta tu viernes" and get told another correct translation is "disfruta el viernes", which I remembered is what I was given to translate into English.

So now I get asked "When is your concert" and I put "cuando es el concierto" and get marked wrong! Is Spanish which is inconsistent or just Duolingo?
