Remember when I talked about mighty claims in that first paragraph. Well, this book is the granddaddy when it comes to making mighty claims.
It claims if we do the exercises outlined in the book, we will:. Remember, I told you they were mighty claims, but the proof is in the results. Do these exercises really work or is it just hype? Hmmm, maybe there was a real British colonel after all.
I looked for the book on Amazon to see what people had to say about it. Out of people who reviewed the book,. However, I was able to draw some conclusions from what I read. If you do decide try these exercises proceed slowly at first. I found it here for free. I do the 5 exercises. To me, they are helpful. This way, I one time the 5 rites and the next time one of the 3 yoga routines and so forth. I am years old. The rites help to improve my strength, balance, and flexibility.
It is better than the yoga alone. The 5 rites have strengthened me to the point where I can more easily do the yoga exercises.
