The author- Neha has done a good job by using metaphors, visualization, and direct suggestions to ensure client success. This is a must have book for anyone in the field. It seemed like there was really only ONE basic script, with a few lines changed in the middle. Each script started with the same beach imagery, word for word, and often phrases chosen for one issue were simply "cut-and-pasted" into a 3rd or 4th script.
The basic script was fine, but this "book" could really be condensed into a single article or blog entry. The book repeats the same script multiple times.
Although the beach script is good, there are so many other scenarios that one can use. All scripts are virtually the same except for a lone it two. I guess anything can be called a book these days. From reading the reviews I expected a variety of great scripts. What I saw was a repeat for all scripts with one or two lines changed in each script with a different title. I would recommend that you read "Quantum Self-Hypnosis" first before reading "Quantum Hypnosis Scripts" if you are new to Self-Hypnosis or need a refresher on the subject. Saying that, the book "Quantum Hypnosis Scripts" can be used on its own with tremendous success.
