A tiro de piedra del centro. Communication with Lorena is easy, and she always responds quickly. The room was exactly what I needed. Amazing price, great pool and goid location within a walk distance. Flat need some small repairs, the window, door lock or shower. Lorena was really nice and response always really quickly and accuarately. I stayed for one week at Lorenas Appartement and had a very nice time! The persons changed of course in this time, but i had luck, because they were all nice.

Lorena came every day to clean up the flat!

She is a very friendly and hospitable person, and the communication was uncomplicated. Very clean and tidy apartment. In a great location in the center of the city.

Close to all amenities and 5 min walk to the bus station. Has everything you need in an apartment. Cristina's apartment is very clean, comfortable, Everything wat is on the internet information, foto it is really true. Good location, good communication, Thank You for a water and milk - it was very nice. Very clean apartment, centric and close to Plaza de las Flores. A little delay with check in due to the holiday, but otherwise everything went smoothly. Nice place to stay in Murcia.

The place was very cozy and clean. It is quite small and with limited access to day light no window in bedroom so consider that if you are planning to stay there for longer. For us that wasn't an issue. It had very good heating system - very useful if you are travelling in winter time - spanish apartments might be very chilly at this time of the year. Also we had 2 tvs which was really extraordinary for such a size of an appartment. Grocery stores in the neighbourhood - very vivid area. Jose' apartment was as described, quiet location, not far from bus station.

Centre of town was an easy walk.

The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. Jose's place is very clean, central and easily accessible. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Murcia.

Rosi is a lovely lady and will try to help you with whatever you need. She showed us the city and we spend a day together on the beach. The hostess is so sweet and kund. The appartement is nice and cosy.

I can reccomand this place, and are happy to come back. Really nice house, well decorated and comfortable. It has a very rustic charm of it's own. Great shower and comfortable bed. Very nice, spacious and extremely tidy new refurbished apartment just few minutes from town centre. One double bedroom, bathroom and big living room with extra space for 2 more people. Very much enjoy our stay there! This apartment fit our needs during our stay in Murcia. I thought it was a good value, clean and assessable.

A short walk to the cathedral and shopping district. Francisco was an outstanding host and he made me feel very welcome. The city centre is only a short walk from the apartment and the neighbourhood is pleasant. Francisco was a great host, he is a nice guy and was very communicative via text and made sure I had everything I need as it was a busy trip for me.

He offered me coffee and oranges for breakfast in the morning, which is great for when you're travelling.

I would highly recommend Francisco to anyone visiting Murcia. Only stayed for one night, but Francisco was nice and helpful, room was clean quiet area and dark so had a great sleep , and walking distance to main areas of Murcia. Francisco is great host to have! Great atmosphere, very casual. If you are new to the city, Francisco will help you.

Think of it as, hangin with your friends. Other thing is, place is very close to Everythings is five or ten minutes away from you. One thing i would suggest if you are not a spanish speaker. Is to at least learn the basics of communication in spanish. It will help you alot. If not, use Hidden by Airbnb translate. Thank you for the hospitality! I stayed for one night and had everything I needed.

Francisco was very hospitable and flexible concerning the time for check-in. Very close to the train station and not far from the center area. Francisco is super nice and he helped me taking my heavy suitcase up to the 5th floor. Also the dog is really cute: It was comfortable, clean, and had the best view in the balcony. My stay with her made my first impression of Murcia so beautiful and peaceful.

Good value for a one night stay in Murcia after a long drive. Lorena promptly communicated through Hidden by Airbnb using only voice messages. It was a little tougher than usual finding the correct apt building and nearby parking. We checked in during our specified time and were told to retrieve the key from the person that was there cleaning the room. The room had an old but functioning A. Overall, just fine for what we paid. Really nice and clean apartment, the rooms have a good size and the common living room is nice to hang out and to meet the other guests.

Good value overall for what you're paying and the location isn't far from the city center either. Would definitely stay there again probably because of the pool, which is a huge plus! We had good communications and place was kept clean at ll times. Location was great also. Right next to Mercadona Supermarket, Carrefour, Burger King, McDonalds and within minutes walking distance from all the hot spots.

Will gladly stay at Lorena's place again. Lorena went above and beyond any ignore my expectations while on my stay with her. On my first day in Murcia, I got lost per usual trying to find the meet up place to be taken to the Airbnb. Lorena was right there's on the phone directing me to right place. She greeted me like I was family. I immediately felt comfortable and it stayed that way throughout my stay. I came to Murcia for work and was having a stressful time finding a apartment.

She put me in talks with the right people and other students in the same position. She made settling in the city so much easier. The Airbnb is exactly as pictured. The room was very nice and the other ocupants were great as well. Any inquiries I had, she always had the right answer.

I couldn't recommend her enough! Lorena is a great host. In general, the apartment is clean and secure. I generally had no issues during my stay however, on my last night, some other guests were a little noisy and I could hear them in my room. The communication with Lorena was fast and easy. Check-in and -out without any problems. A bit more far from the center but Murcia is small, so walking is okay.

Very friendly and helpful. She has made my time here is Spain better than I could have imagined! I would stay here again. If you have trouble walking up and down stairs this room is probably not for you, the stairs are rather steep. Also, be aware that the Internet single is not strong enough to reach the bedroom, but it works perfectly well everywhere else.

El piso es grande, muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario. It is very clean and modern however is basic in terms of amenities. Lorena's place was very clean and in a good location that is within walking distance to explore the city. But there was no central heating so it can get pretty cold at night. Lorena wasn't at the house so we communicated via messages at all times. We only stayed here one night but it was so nice! Brand new stylish space.

Would like to have stayed longer! The apartment is within walking distance to all the attractions and Regina was flexible with check out as well. Regina's place is beautifully decorated and one feels like one is steeping into an artist's picture when entering. Regina was friendly and helpful -- and her apartment is extremely well located near the main city bus stop.

The room is super cute, the place is very close to the center. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds i have every slept in! I would stay here again if i ever came back to Murcia. Fantastic location, close to train station and a 20 minute walk to the coach station. Excellent wi-fi i in property. Washing machine available to use and balcony too. Lots of supermarkets very close by. Property has a very well equipped kitchen although there are so many great tapas bars close by there is no need to cook! Very helpful and welcoming at short notice.

Good location, easy walk to the city centre and a clean well equipped apartment. They didn't speak a lot of english so be prepared with your dictionary. However, this is a perfect stay for a couple or an erasmus student looking for a place to stay for a while. Apartment is in a great location, only 2 or 3 minutes wak from the main shopping street.

It's great value and having a second toilet and shower is really useful. The only significant issue is that Murcia can get really hot and we couldn't get the built in AC to work, and so could only use the separate unit in the living room. If you need a cool bedroom to sleep, this may not be the apartment for you. We had a great time in Murcia. We stayed with our one year old and it was a good space with a young toddler who is walking. The location in the center of Murcia is amazing. The apartment is very large and has a nice kitchen.

It has most of the things you need to cook meals. It was a little loud when they picked up the trash each night but it wasn't a big problem. Otherwise it was pretty quiet. We found that if you paid to park for an hour before the free parking at the end of the day, it was no problem to find a spot to park overnight easily. Very nice flat, a bit gloomy as blinds could not be put up fully.

Living space was great though. I booked this for my parents to stay in and they had few, if any complaints, and nothing serious to bring up. Everything was as described in the inventory etc. I would like to thank Silvestre for a great stay. Great flat and great host! The communication with Silvestre was really easy before and during the stay, with flexible check-in and check-out time. The flat is really spacious and clean.

I only spent one night at Francisco's but it was great value for the money and francisco was so welcoming with a smile all the time,The room is very spacious and cozy with everything you need, I really liked it! Francisco was there to answer all my questions when I first arrived, moreover I had a concert to attend in the Cuartel de Artilleria and guess what, the buiding is the one showing in the pictures I could attend it from the window without leaving the house lol!

Fran is very welcoming and makes sure you have everything you need. Lovely cosy and tidy place. He's very helpful and easy to contact. The location is amazing, I would highly recommend everyone this place! The accommodation itself it pretty much exactly as described; you'll share the very clean bathroom and kitchen with Victoria and her sons who are by now teenagers , will have your own bedroom with a large, comfortable bed and a fan as well as your own set of keys.

The location is great, very quiet, safe and very central. Within 5 minutes, you can be either in the pretty old town or in the Carmen district which is frequented more by locals, but also worth some time. Victoria is a very friendly, chatty person who will do her best to keep you happy - whether offering helpful tips what to visit or just talking to you, she'll be there for you! Staying with Victoria was a wonderful experience. She's such a lovely, friendly host who made me feel at home in Murcia. She's fantastically hospitable and has thought about every little thing her guest might need.

Victoria and her son Angel were extremely helpful and make you feel like part of the family. There were multiple family meals, and both Angel and Victoria went out of their way to help me with paperwork for my new job and figuring out how to get around Murcia province. Speaking Spanish is definitely helpful. It was a pretty good place to stay. It is walking distance to the cathedral and just right across the bridge.

Victoria and her son are also very nice and welcoming. Victoria was a very nice host! She is very outgoing and answered any questions we had. Her residence is near the center Which made it nice to get around. This location also has its own gated parking which made in convenient in the event there was no outside parking. We would stay here again.

Joaquin is a really nice person! He was really kind to help us finding out everything. Also the breakfast was really nice, he made us churros con chocolate and fresh orange juice.
