Feb 27, Deck 66 This is a seriously low number of red dice for it's a trap and red upgrades for Rearm. I might try negotiate as my version is a little low on manipulation.

The vast majority of upgrade cards don't have play restrictions. For example, the FD Rifle has no play restriction.

It can be played on any character. But you can't include it in you deck unless you have a villain deck with a red character in it Finn breaks that rule. Unless there are words on a red villain weapon upgrade which have been included in your deck through Finn's ability that prevents you playing it on any character, then you can put it on characters other than Finn.
