Music in evening was superb, though the acts change so I may have gotten lucky. Owner very excited to entertain guests and share he island. Views great and location close to all you want to do on Achill.

Achill is a small microcosm of west coast Ireland. The location is an easy drive from Keel and a lovely spot for accessing Slievemore and the Deserted Village. The pizza is great and the bar is a nice spot to hang out at any point.
Wifi didn't reach our room but knew this on arrival and it wasn't a real problem. Beautiful view of the lake. There is a great partnership going between pure magic and achill surf - our surf lesson and pub crawl later that night were great. The food in the bar is delicious and reasonably priced! Nice people, great food, comfortable accommodation without unnecessary TV, chill atmosphere. Very small bedroom with no shelfing and extremely cold bathroom. No guest lounge in the hostel so you are forced to stay in you room if you are finish your dinner in the restaurant.

Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and bathroom small but perfectly clean. Teresa was very helpful and accommodating - including giving us a lift down to the beach for surfing. Breakfast, their was none which was included in the price and was arranged for 9 am no staff turned up we waited 15 minutes and then we left very disappointed. The bathroom in the room was tiny. The food was amazing! The shower fluctuated in temperature a lot. We were forewarned but it made it a bit difficult to have a shower: Beautiful location and very friendly staff.
Best pizza in Ireland. The shower was dirty, not working properly and really bad pressure. Poor decor to rooms. No tea or coffee in rooms! Friendly Staff, great location.
