The Legendary Pine Barrens: New Tales from Old Haunts

Jewel of the Pines, will be available on Saturday, December 1st to sell and sign her books. Her specialty is bringing these long vanished towns back to life! Horner, an award-winning fine art photographer whose images distill the quiet beauty and intimate landscapes of the Pinelands will be available on December 1st to sign and sell his book, Pinelands: In the past decade, using digital photography, Horner has produced more than stunning images taken in the 1.

Some 80 of these fine-art photographs appear in his monograph referenced above. A Pinelands Preservation Alliance board member, Horner uses his art to advocate on behalf of the ecologically important region, giving presentations and exhibiting his images.

I used to check it out of the elementary school library in Lakehurst. It was probably this book more than anything else that first sparked an interest in New Jersey lore.

I want my red cover back! Okay, it's not really that big a deal. Just feels like my memories are being tampered with is all.
