The Eternal Way
This book is in clear English and well written. Although sometimes dry, this contemporary interpretation has much to offer. The author's commentary invites the reader to look more deeply into oneself. Though not a version for all it does speak to those intellectually hungry for meaning in this teaching about how to die while still inhabiting the body. This book is a soul seekers companion. Truth of God consciousness and awakening of wisdom in oneself is a sure outcome for those who read this book.
No mater what your belief or religion is this book is a must read. This is not an easy book and it is not suitable to people who are merely curious. The Bhagavad Gita explains everything, no matter what spiritual path the devotee may belong to. Davis in this book is dry and concise as usual, but at the same time he is wonderfully concrete.
