Okay, I'll admit it, I like reading the overhyped articles about travel scams. It's a strange guilty pleasure that I'm not sure I can fully understand, but this book perhaps overscratched that itch. It spends plenty of time on the more scaremongering "gassing" scams against tourists, and doesn't really talk much about the more interesting con games that you'll actually see on Europe.
