Despite being hit by the combined attack of Byakuya and Kenpachi, Yammy claims that it only stung a little. It's just a normal conversation but I'm making it sound like an argument , saying that if he had all his spirit energy he could have done better. Because Ichigo was in a hurry since, Rukia and the others were getting beaten-up by Yammy, Ichigo came down from the dome before Inoue could heal his Reiatsu.

Ichigo didn't have to finish a battle with Yammy, because scary Kenpachi and Byakuya appeared to take things over! Although Ichigo had to fight Yammy just a little bit in the beginning, it still didn't seem like he was winning since his mask wasn't coming on.

Wow, she can be very influential She makes a beautiful bridge for the both of them, which leads to the discussion of how different their spirit energy is. Unohana said that they have similar terms of spirit energy, and that if that was the best he could do to make the path, then he wasn't cut out for it. Ichigo rebuttals I guess. I don't know why, but I love when Captains realize how powerful Ichigo really is! Especially Captain Unohana's reaction! Yammy keeps growing bigger and bigger due to his anger, but I don't think that will be much of a problem for two Captains, especially Kenpachi and Byakuya. His mask looks like he's trying to impersonate Slender man with hair. Then Hisagi kills him from behind. I'm actually very happy for Ichigo, because he impressed Captain Unohana without even realizing it, actually he looked pretty confused Ichigo finally coming and getting involved will make me so happy!!

And finally Ichigo has returned and I might have given this a three star except for this. This part was so very disappointing. Well fights him until Kenpachi and Byakuya arrive and tell Ichigo to shove off.

I enjoyed the whole soul reaper concept and how we find out more and more about the main character as the story goes on. It's a fast read and is easy to understand but gets progressively more difficult to follow parts of the story due to there being so many different characters that can be qualified as important in the progression of the story.
I would recommend it for the story line and the graphics but I do feel Bleach was definitely very interesting to read and different to what I usually read. I still really like the series, but it's starting to get a little Dragon Ball Z. It's been several volumes and we still aren't really making any progress.

Maybe because there are so many characters involved, but I'm starting to worry this story arc will never be finished. Jun 28, Taruia rated it liked it Shelves: I am all for story arcs, and all for a long story arc, assuming that it is vaguely interesting.

This was a long story arc, and getting somewhat tedious. Ichigo and others are still fighting and doing rather well, all things considered but surely it must end shortly Dec 16, Putri rated it it was amazing.
