Because around the world, the media creates a different picture about violence in Iraq. At the same time, I don't want to just explain the violence. I enjoy playing with stories, telling one story inside another story. I want to tell the stories of what happened in Iraq in a different way. Sometimes people say my writing is shocking, it's too much maybe but that's what happened.
