I liked its tips and ideas and as well which is described in this book. I think Dash Diets are reliable for weight loss. Although, I didn't try but as I read so I can see how Comprehend was everything so I can say" it could be the best way to loss your weight in my opinion. This book is full of recipes that have dishes that contain ingredients rich in healthy fats and proteins.

My personal favorites are Broccoli and Cheese Omelets for breakfast, Veggie Quesadillas for main dish and Apple Berry Cobbler for desserts since I love berries and cinnamon. Overall I loved this book; however the formatting needs to be improved a little because since the names of the recipes are not in bold, it could cause confusion with the readers, thinking that the second recipe is still a part of the first recipe.

I would love to try all recipes. This book gives us more knowledge and understanding about DASH diet. As we all know, there are a lot of diet books in store.
