Blueberry stuffed pecan french toast, now who would not want to eat that! Definitely on my next brunch menu. Only thing I don't care for is the format for the recipes the book does not list the ingredients separately it is listed as you mix together such as 1 carrot grated, 1 zucchini, mix together then add 1 onion.

You really have to read each recipe thoroughly as make sure you have ingredients.

Also don't like that the book does not lay open making it difficult to follow when using. But 3 star Blueberry stuffed pecan french toast, now who would not want to eat that! But 3 stars for great recipes. No pictures of recipes at all, would have been nice to have a few.
